Argos Announce 2024 Schedule

TORONTO – The Toronto Argonauts announced today the team’s schedule for the 2024 Canadian Football League season. Last season witnessed the Double Blue celebrate their 150th anniversary while setting records across the board in a historic 16-2 regular season. The winningest franchise in CFL history look to continue that success this upcoming season. The full 2024 Argos schedule can be seen below.

Highlights from the 2024 home schedule:

  • The Argos open up the new season at home in week one when the B.C. Lions come to BMO Field on Sunday, June 9. The Argos have started each of the last two seasons with bye weeks to start their schedules but will take on the Leos to open a campaign for the first time since 2007.
  • The Double Blue’s first three games of 2024 will be home games; the first time this has happened since 2001.
  • Toronto’s annual CNE game will take place on August 22 when the Argos take on Saskatchewan at 7:30 p.m. A ticket to the game will get fans free admission into the CNE.
  • Toronto will play nine home games at BMO Field for the first time since 2018, after taking part in Touchdown Atlantic games in three of the past four 18-game seasons.
  • Eight of the Argos nine home games will be night games (7/7:30 p.m.) this season; Three apiece on Friday and Saturday nights, and one each on a Sunday and Monday night. The remaining BMO home date is slated for a 4:00 p.m. Saturday start.
  • Toronto went 8-0 at BMO Field last season (9-0 including Touchdown Atlantic); the first Argos team to go undefeated at home since 1997.
  • The Boatmen will welcome every CFL team to Toronto this year, as the CFL moves back to a more balanced schedule. The Argos will host Montreal twice in 2024.
