Wiltshire played 54 for games for the Argos over three seasons (1997-1999) and was a key part of the Argos second consecutive Grey Cup win in 1997.  The Montreal native went on to finish his career in Edmonton where he would set a new CFL iron man record for most consecutive games played (157).  The streak was ended after suffering a knee injury in 2005 after receiving a hit from veteran Calgary Stampeders receiver Nik Lewis.

Wiltshire is currently an officer with the Ontario Provincial Police.
