Ismail remains one of the most popular athletes in Toronto’s history after foregoing the NFL Draft in 1991 to join the Argonauts and eventually help them capture the 79th Grey Cup. Last September, Ismail made his return to Toronto for the first time as a part of the 1991 Grey Cup Reunion celebration.
