Dominic Picard – Offensive Line Coach

A popular player with the Argos, Picard made his CFL debut as a coach a championship one in 2024 as the team’s running backs coach. He’d hold that job for two seasons before switching portfolios this year, now coaching the positional group he starred with as a player.

Picard played 54 regular season and two playoff games in Double Blue between 2009 and 2011. He was named the East’s all-star center in 2011 as well as being selected as the Argos top offensive lineman that same year.

Picard also played in Saskatchewan and Winnipeg, winning the Grey Cup with the Riders in 2013. He was named Saskatchewan’s most outstanding o-lineman in 2012 and 2014, and the team’s top Canadian in 2012.

The Sainte-Foy, Quebec native signed with Montreal before the 2016 season but retired at the conclusion of training camp.

Following his playing career, the Laval product became a coach at the high-school level before moving up to U SPORTS. He was the offensive coordinator and offensive line coach with the Sherbrooke Vert et Or in 2023.
