Dominic Picard – Running Backs Coach

A popular player with the Argos, Picard is making his CFL debut as a coach.

Picard played 54 regular season and two playoff games in Double Blue between 2009 and 2011. He was named the East’s All-Star Centre in 2011 as well as being selected the Argos top offensive lineman that same year.

Picard also played in Saskatchewan and Winnipeg, winning a Grey Cup with the Riders in 2013. He was named Saskatchewan’s top o-lineman in 2012 and 2014, and the team’s top Canadian in 2012.

He signed with Montreal before the 2016 season but retired at the conclusion of training camp.

Following his playing career, the Laval product started his coaching career at the high-school level before moving up to U SPORTS. He was the offensive coordinator and offensive line coach with the Sherbrooke Vert et Or in 2023.
