Acquired: Selected in the fourth round, 30th overall, of the 2021 CFL Draft.
2022: Played 13 games. Caught 10 passes for 191 yards and a touchdown. His first CFL catch was a 7-yard pass from McLeod Bethel-Thompson July 31 vs. Ottawa. His first CFL touchdown catch came on a 37-yard pass from McLeod Bethel-Thompson vs. BC on October 8. Playoffs: Played but had no stats in Eastern Final win over Montreal. 109th Grey Cup: Played but had no stats in 24-23 win over Winnipeg.
2021: Played 8 games. Made his CFL debut in the Labour Day Classic at Hamilton. Playoffs: Did not play in Eastern Final loss to Hamilton.
College: Attended McMaster University (2017-20). Played 22 regular season games. Including playoff games in 2019, he caught 48 passes for 688 yards with 4 touchdowns in 10 games. Had his best game of the year when he caught 8 passes for 151 yards and a TD in the national semi-final Mitchell Bowl loss at Calgary. He led the OUA in 2018 with an average of 21.2 yards per reception. Named a 2019 Second Team OUA All-Star and in 2017 was named to the OUA All-Rookie Team.
Personal: Attended Centennial CVI in Guelph. His Spartans won the District 10 Championship in 2015. Was named the league’s top offensive player in 2016. His father Pat played football at the University of Guelph.
