Acquired: Signed as a free agent on August 7, 2017.

2019: Played in 18 games, started two. Finished the year with six tackles, one sack and recorded his first CFL interception in the season finale in Hamilton on November 2.

2018: Played in 14 games with the Argos, rotating in at defensive tackle. Finished the season with five tackles

2017: Released by Saskatchewan August 2, signed with the Argos five days later. Played 11 games, started two. Recorded three sacks, nine tackles, one QB pressure and a pass knockdown. Playoffs: Played in the East Final against Saskatchewan, did not record any stats. 105th Grey Cup: Played in the win over Calgary, recording one tackle.

2016: Played one game with Hamilton Tiger-Cats. Traded to Saskatchewan on October 10 for OL Xavier Fulton.

2015: Did not play due to torn Achilles tendon.

2014: Activated from injured reserve list by Carolina Panthers February 13, released August 24…Signed by Hamilton September 4. Played nine games, started two. Recorded four tackles, two tackles for a loss and one pass knockdown. Made CFL debut September 14 against Saskatchewan. Playoffs: Played in East Final win over Montreal. 102nd Grey Cup: Played in loss to Calgary.

2013: Selected by Hamilton as the first-overall pick in the CFL Draft. Signed as an undrafted free agent by Carolina Panthers. Placed on injured reserve list August 3, missed the rest of the season.

College: Played four seasons for the University of Calgary. Recorded 90.5 tackles, six sacks and an interception. Won the Peter Gorman Trophy as the U Sports Rookie of the Year. Named the defensive MVP of the 2009 Hardy Cup. Played in East-West Bowl in 2012. Second Team All-Canadian in 2011. Won silver medal with Team Canada at 2009 IFAF World Junior Championships in Canton, Ohio. Ranked No. 3 by CFL’s Scouting Bureau.

Personal: His father David played for the Calgary Colts. Linden graduated from Peace River High School after transferring from Ross Sheppard High School in Edmonton, where he attended the first semester of his senior year to play football. Also played baseball, hockey and track and field. Won a gold medal in hockey at 2005 Arctic Winter Games.
