2021: Announced retirement March 29.

2020: Signed with Montreal Alouettes February 13. No season.

2019: Played 8 games with Hamilton. Recorded 11 tackles, 2 forced fumbles and 3 sacks. Suffered season ending triceps injury in pre-game warmup in B.C. August 24. Playoffs: Did not play in Eastern Final win over Edmonton due to injury. 108^th Grey Cup: Did not play in 33-12 loss to Winnipeg due to injury.

2018: Played 11 games with Hamilton. Recorded 20 tackles and 2 sacks. Playoffs: Had a tackle and a fumble recovery in Eastern Semi-Final win over B.C. Had a tackle and a special teams tackle in Eastern Final loss at Ottawa.

2017: Played 16 games with Hamilton. Recorded 29 tackles, 5 special teams tackles, a forced fumble and 9 sacks.

2016: Played 17 games with Hamilton. Recorded 56 tackles, 3 special teams tackles, 2 interceptions, 2 forced fumbles, a fumble recovery, and 7 sacks. His first CFL sack came July 15 at Montreal against Rakeem Cato; he finished that game with 3 sacks, 11 tackles, and 2 forced fumbles. His first CFL interception came August 20 against Darian Durant. Playoffs: Had 3 tackles in Eastern Semi-Final loss to Edmonton.

2015: Played 6 games with Hamilton. Recorded 15 tackles and recovered a fumble. Made CFL debut July 2 at Winnipeg. Playoffs. Did not play in Eastern Semi-Final win against Toronto. Did not play in Eastern Final loss at Ottawa.

2014: Signed with Arizona Cardinals January 9, waived August 30…Signed with Hamilton December 11.

2013: Waived by New York Giants August 31.

2012: Played 16 games with Giants. Recorded 12 tackles, a tackle for loss, and a forced fumble. Made NFL debut September 5 against Dallas Cowboys.

2011: Spent season on Giants practice squad.

2010: Selected by New York Giants in the sixth round, 184^th overall, of the NFL Draft.

College: Attended the College of William & Mary (2005-09). Played 47 games, started all 47. Redshirted as a freshman. Finished career with 283 tackles, 31 sacks, 62.5 tackles for loss, an interception, 4 forced fumbles, and a fumble recovery. Named First Team All-CAA and All-ECAC honours as a junior and senior. Earned AP All-American honours as a senior.

Personal: Attended Potomac Falls High School in Sterling, Virginia. Played running back, tight end, defensive end and linebacker over his career. Team’s Defensive MVP his final 3 years. Named All-District as a senior. Played basketball. Named District Player of the Year. Set school record for career points and rebounds.
