Poindexter is back for his second season with Toronto as Offensive Quality Control and Assistant Offensive Line Coach.

Justin graduated from Howard University with a degree in Sports Management in 2010 and a Master’s of Education in Educational Administration and Policy in 2012. His coaching career began in 2010 at Gonzaga High School in Washington, D.C. as an offensive line coach, developing freshman and sophomore lineman for varsity competition. After coaching at Gonzaga High School, Poindexter was hired as a graduate assistant at Howard in 2011 where he coached tight ends and assisted on the offensive line. From Howard it was on to Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana where he coached the tight end position as well as coordinated video operations for the football program from 2013-2015. Stops at Northwestern University as a recruiting assistant and in Cleveland as a Game Charter for the Browns between 2015 and 2017 led Justin north of the border to the Argos.
