Greg Quick – Defensive Coordinator & Linebackers Coach

Greg Quick is back for a third tour of duty with the Argos, this time as the defensive coordinator and linebackers coach, officially rejoining the team on January 8, 2026.

He’s coached for almost 50 years with stops at the high school, college and CFL levels. Along with his two CFL stops as the Argos linebackers coach, he’s been the defensive coordinator in Saskatchewan, and a linebackers and defensive line coach in Montreal, with whom he won a Grey Cup in 2023.

In 2019 Quick stepped away from coaching to become the CFL’s director of global scouting before heading back to Montreal for the 2021 season.

Quick played center at Baldwin-Wallace College.
