EDWIN HARRISON – Running Backs Coach, Run Game Coordinator

The former Calgary Stampeder and Kansas City Chiefs offensive lineman is in his second season as a pro coach.

Harrison played at the University of Colorado before heading to the Chiefs for two seasons. He would then head north to play for the Stamps 2010-15, winning a Grey Cup with Calgary in 2014.

He added a second Grey Cup ring to his collection last season with the Argos.

Harrison’s grandfather, Calvin Jones, won the Outland Trophy with Iowa before heading to Calgary to play pro. Tragically, Jones was killed in a plane crash while returning from the CFL All-Star Game.

Since retiring as a player and before joining the Argos, Harrison had been teaching geography, while also being the assistant head coach and offensive line coach at Marshall High School in suburban Houston, Texas.
