The Toronto Argonauts dropped their second Home Away From Home series on Friday night, falling to the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
Toronto was unable to find much rhythm as Winnipeg controlled the game in all three phases. Chad Kelly threw for 320 yards and two touchdowns, connecting with Makai Polk for a 125 yard night that included a 55 yard touchdown.
On defense, DaShaun Amos recorded his first interception of the season, while Derek Slywka led the team with 10 tackles. Owen Goss added a sack, Benjie Franklin forced a fumble and Tarvarus McFadden recovered it.
Toronto will look to bounce back next Friday when the Home Away From Home series continues against the Hamilton Tiger Cats on Saturday July 18th.
