Argos Fall to Stampeders 29-19 in Home Opener

The Toronto Argonauts dropped their home opener Saturday evening, falling 29–19 to the Calgary Stampeders at BMO Field.

Calgary jumped out to an early lead with a 40-yard pick-six by defensive back Adrian Greene and never trailed. The Argos battled back behind a late touchdown from quarterback Nick Arbuckle to Damonte Coxie, but couldn’t close the gap as Calgary sealed the game with a final field goal.
