The Toronto Argonauts have officially clinched top spot in the East Division and will host the Eastern Final and first-ever home playoff game at BMO Field on November 19.

With a 40-13 win on the road against the BC Lions on Saturday night, the Argos officially finished the season with a 9-9 record and 18 points atop the East Division standings.

This marks the 21st time the Argos have won their division and the first time since 2013 that the team has finished atop the East.

In their first season leading the team, Argos General Manager Jim Popp and Head Coach Marc Trestman have picked up right where they left off with Montreal in 2012. In six years working together, the dynamic duo has combined to capture first place in the East Division on five occasions.

Tickets to the Eastern Final at BMO Field are now on-sale at argonauts.ca and via phone at 416-341-2746.
