Argos Partner With Tsn Radio

TORONTO – The Toronto Argonauts Football Club has found a new radio home for all of its games for the 2011 and 2012 seasons.  Announced today, TSN RADIO 1050 will hit the airwaves on April 13 and the Toronto Argonauts are one of its premiere partners.  All pre-season, regular season and playoff games through the Eastern Final will be broadcast on TSN RADIO 1050 with original pre-game, halftime and post-game Argos shows.

Toronto Argonauts President and CEO Bob Nicholson remarked, “We are excited to embark on this journey on TSN RADIO 1050, allowing our fans access to all of our games on radio.  We have a long history with the leadership at TSN so we know the quality of work they produce and the excellent standard with which they cover our team.  Their radio arm will take this relationship to a new level and we couldn’t be more excited.”

TSN RADIO 1050 also announced today that they will be producing a weekly Argonauts radio show that will be a destination for fans of the Double Blue to tune in for all of their latest news, interviews and insight at the same time each week.  Argos discussion will often feature CFL on TSN football broadcasters, experts, analysts and insiders, including Michael Landsberg, Dave Randorf, Dave Naylor, Glen Suitor, Chris Schultz and Matt Dunigan.  TSN Radio 1050 is available to fans in the Greater Toronto area on AM 1050 and nationally on TSN.ca and TSN Mobile.
