Favourite Argo Memory: It would have to be walking on field for the first time at the beginning of the season. It is so exhilarating to feel the energy from the fans.

Occupation: Magazine and Web Writer.

Education: Graduated from the University of Guelph Humber in 2008, with a degree in Media Studies and a diploma in Journalism.

Most Embarrassing Moment?: I was dancing through a grocery store and I must have been really in the groove, because I did not see the giant pole in the middle of the aisle. I turned around for a big final move and smack...face first right into the pole. There was no way to pretend like it did not happen, so I just kept on dancing as the other people in the aisle quietly laughed. My mom and I had a good laugh as I iced down my face.

Favourite Vacation Spot: Hands down it has to be Jamaica. It is one of the most beautiful places in the world.

What do you like to do in your spare time?: I love to read. A good book and a cup of tea is a solid afternoon. I also love being active, so when I am not reading, I am at the gym.

Workout/nutrition tip: My workout tip is to try and stick to a schedule. Even on those days when you are really tired, sticking to a set schedule will help your body get used to that workout. My nutrition tip is to always eat a good breakfast. It is what fuels you for the rest of the day!

When did you start dancing?: I started dancing when I was 6-years-old. I began with jazz and ballet, and moving onto hip-hop and modern dance as I got older.

Why do you like being an Argos Cheerleader?: Being a part of this team has truly been a gift. I have had some once in a lifetime experiences, made some life-long friends, and became a more confident person. I have become a stronger woman, and I cannot thank all the girls enough.

If we could make one dream come true it would be?: It would have to be to top the amazing year the cheerleading team had last year. Oh and of course to bring the Grey Cup home to Toronto this year!!!

Who is your role model?: This would have to be a 50/50 toss-up between my mom and dad. They are two of the hardest-working and most dedicated people I know. Throughout my whole life, they have done everything in their power to give me every opportunity possible. What is more inspirational than that?

Favourite film: A 3-way tie between Footloose, Flashdance, and Dirty Dancing. Song: 'No Games' - Serani Actor: Johnny Depp
