FISHERMAN’S FRIEND ULTIMATE FAN CONTEST

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES (the "Contest Rules")

1. The Contest entry period commences on August 22, 2011 at 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time and ends October 24, 2011 at 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time.

2. The Contest is open to all residents of Ontario. Employees of, or the immediate family of or domiciled with an employee of the Toronto Argonauts Football Club, TFB & Associates Limited (Canadian distributors of  Fisherman’s Friend) their sponsors and their respective affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to win.

3. Limit of one (1) online entry per person/e-mail address. Any multiple entries will result in disqualification. Void where prohibited or licensing required. You must provide all necessary information in order for your entry to be eligible. We require your name, address and email address to enter. The Toronto Argonauts Football Club and TFB & Associates Limited assume no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected, entries or for any computer online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If the winner can not be notified or is ineligible an alternate winner will be selected. Winners will be selected randomly.

4. The Toronto Argonauts Football Club and TFB & Associates Limited reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. They further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify any contest not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

5. All entries become the property the Toronto Argonauts Football Club and TFB & Associates Limited. In order to win the selected entrant must first correctly answer a time-limited skill testing question to be administered by phone/online/on the entry form etc. Winners may be required to sign a standard form releasing the Toronto Argonauts Football Club and TFB & Associates Limited from all liability resulting from participation in the Contest or arising from the awarding, acceptance or use of the prizes, confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance or the prizes as awarded. Prizes are as awarded, and cannot be transferred, exchanged nor refunded, and are not redeemable for cash. All prizing is strictly subject to availability and restrictions if there are any.

6. All prizes are being supplied by TFB & Associates Limited (Canadian distributors of Fisherman’s Friend).

7. If prizes are not claimed within two (2) days of notification contest winner(s) will forfeit prizes.

8. All decisions of contest promoters are final. TFB & Associates Limited reserves the right to change the prizing as required. Winners agree to allow the use of their name, voice and photo for promotional purposes without compensation.

9. By entering this contest you acknowledge these rules and agree to abide by them.

10. The Toronto Argonauts Football Club and TFB & Associates Limited assume no liability of any kind whatsoever in any cases in which its inability to act results from an event or situation beyond their control, including notably a strike, lock-out or any other labour dispute in their respective places of business.

11. The Toronto Argonauts Football Club and TFB & Associates Limited shall not be responsible for any damages, compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise, with respect to or in any way arising from the Contest and related prizes.

13.  The Contest shall be deemed to be entered into pursuant to, and your agreement to enter and abide by the rules of the Contest shall be construed, performed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.  By entering the Contest you agree to attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

14. The winners will be notified by phone and email.

Prizing

1. Two (2) tickets in the Fisherman’s Friend suite for the Toronto Argonauts home game scheduled Thursday, November 3^rd, 2011 at 7:30pm.  A total of six (6) prizes will be awarded.
