For fans of the Argos, dance and cheerleading, the Argos Cheerleaders now have the workshop for you!  For the first time ever, the Argos cheerleaders will be hosting the Argos Ultimate Cheerleader Workshop. Fans can learn the latest in dance & cheer from your ARGOS CHEERLEADERS!  Led by the Argos Cheerleaders, the workshop will focus on cheer stretches, dance technique, choreography and more. More importantly, the workshop will create a fun and motivating environment where the girls can enjoy themselves and reunite with some of the cheerleaders and friends they met during the Jr. Cheer program! Fans who did not participate in Jr. Cheer are also welcome.

Argos Ultimate Cheerleader Workshop - Learn the latest in dance & cheer from your ARGOS CHEERLEADERS!
 
The workshop includes the following:
•    An introduction to the Argos Cheerleaders - commitment, involvement in the community, team work!
•    Fitness/ warmup / stretch
•    Dance choreography lesson
•    Q and A and final motivational words from the Argos Cheerleaders and their head coach

WHO: AGES 6-18 ** groups will be split up based on age and ability
 
WHEN: Sunday, October 30, 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. **Registration/Sign in 10:30
 
WHERE: AB Dance Studio- 185 Bullock Drive, UNIT #15, Markham ON (North of HWY 7, east of McCowan)
 
COST: $50.00 **Cash OR Cheque made payable to THE TORONTO ARGONAUTS FOOTBALL CLUB day of workshop
 
(Please come in athletic/dance attire. Please note that there is no game performance for this workshop.)
