TORONTO – The Toronto Argonauts announced today that the club has signed Canadian offensive lineman Peter Dyakowski.
Dyakowski comes to Toronto entering his 11th CFL season in 2017 after spending the previous 10 seasons with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. In 10 seasons with the Ticats, he appeared in 148 regular season games and 12 post-season games, including the 101st and 102rd Grey Cups. The 6-3, 325-pound lineman was recognized as an East Division All-Star in 2012 and was selected as the Tabbies’ Most Outstanding Lineman in 2011.
The LSU product was originally selected by the Tiger-Cats in the second round (11th overall) in the 2006 CFL Draft. In four seasons with the Tigers, he played 26 games at right tackle, starting in 13, and was a member of the school’s BCS National Championship team as a freshman.
