Years on the team: 3
Birthday: November 12
Favourite Argos memory: Stepping out on the field for the first time as well as participating in a halftime Grey Cup performance with Nelly Furtado.
What do you like to do in your spare time? I enjoy dancing, watching soap operas & sports, reading, volunteer work & hanging out with my friends.
How do you stay in shape in the off-season? Instead of a workout, I like to do things that work me out. I enjoy activities such as dancing and playing sports; things that give you a workout without it feeling like it is actual work. Jogging is also one of my favourite things to do. I like to eat everything - in moderation.
When did you start dancing/cheerleading? I started dancing when I was 8 years old and haven’t stopped since.
What inspired you to try-out for the Argos Cheerleaders? I tried out for the cheerleading team because I love to dance and I also enjoy working with the organization as a whole. There are a lot of opportunities and experiences that come with being apart of this association, including their strong dedication to community involvement. The entire organization works as a team, both on and off the field. They are an amazing bunch of individuals that I am both proud and privileged to be associated with.
If you could make one dream come true, what would it be? I would love to travel the world, experience different cultures and enjoy every moment that comes with it.
Tell us something most people don’t know about you: I am a movie fanatic.
What are you most excited about regarding the 100th Grey Cup? Everything! It’s a new mark in Canadian history and I am so excited to be a part of the whole celebration.
Players often have pre-game routines, what’s your pre-game routine? Before a game, I like to crank the tunes, pump myself up, meet with the ladies in the change room and let out our very own Argos Chant!
Where do you see yourself in five years? Full completion of my degree and starting my career.
What or who is your greatest inspiration? My mom.
