What do you like to do in your spare time? In my spare time I like to make sure I stay active by taking many dance classes and working out as often as possible. My favorite days are those spent by the pool on a beautiful sunny day relaxing and having fun with friends and family!
How do you stay in shape in the off season? I use my job as a dance to teacher to help stay fit by warming up and being active with the kids, I also try make sure I hit the gym at least 3 times a week.
When did you start dancing/cheerleading? I first started dancing when I was about 6 years old since then I’ve been completely in love with it and it has become a huge part of my life.
What inspired you to try-out for the Argos cheerleading team? I wanted to try something different then what I was used to. Being apart of such a large organization is an extremely new and exciting experience.
Tell us something most people don’t know about you: I have quite the sweet tooth!
What are you most excited about regarding the 100th Grey Cup? I can’t wait for the amazing events and festivities planned for the city in November and of course dancing for the completely filled stadium at this year’s Grey Cup!!
Players often have pre game routines, what’s your pre game routine? Before the game I usually like to close my eyes and go over the routines to help me focus. The next step to my routine would be getting pumped up and ready to go with the other girls!
Where do you see yourself in five years? In five years I see myself finishing up with my education, working a successful job of my dreams and living right in the heart of the city!
What or who is your greatest inspiration? My parents and my dance teachers are my greatest inspirations they have taught me to always look at the positives in life and to never ever give up on my dreams
